脓毒症与血糖异常研究进展

    【摘要】脓毒症的发病率高、致死率高及治疗费用高昂，是急危重症治疗的难点与热点之一，临床上不难发现，脓毒症患者极易合并血糖异常，血糖异常患者患者也极易合并感染，最后继发脓毒症，两者之间关系密切，而糖尿病合并脓毒症治疗上也更为困难，因此作者综述近年来有关脓毒症与血糖异常之间的基础与临床研究，以使读者对两者关系有一定认识，为临床诊治该病提供一定的思路。

   【Abstract】 With high incidence, mortality and medical expense, sepsis is one of most severe and problematic in the field of emergency and critical care medicine. In a clinical view, a patient with sepsis usually presents with an abnormal blood glucose level, while ones who have pathoglycemia are easily infected and develop sepsis. Sepsis and pathoglycemia have a close correlation. It is more difficult to treat when the two conditions are combined together. The authors review the recent fundamental and clinical evidence of sepsis and pathoglycemia, to help readers understand the correlation between the two conditions and provide enlightenment on their treatment.
