免疫组学在临床诊断治疗中的应用研究进展

    【摘要】目的 免疫学已逐渐成为当今生命科学的前沿学科。近年来免疫学的发展日新月异，免疫学的基础关键理论不断拓展和完善，新型免疫学技术不断涌现和提升，免疫学在重大临床发病机制研究和疾病预防、治疗中的应用日渐成熟和深入。本文综述免疫学在临床诊断和疾病治疗中的研究和应用，对其发展趋势进行展望。

    【Abstract】Objective Immunology is becoming the frontier subject of life sciences. In recent years, with the rapid development of immunology, the key foundational theory of immunology continues to expand and improve, and new immunological technologies continue to emerge and promoted. The application of immunology in major pathogenesis research and disease prevention and treatment is deepening. This paper mainly summaries the research and application of immunology in the clinical diagnosis and treatment, and prospects the trend of its development.
