The Introduction of VIP Clinic

The VIP Clinic of Lanzhou University Second Hospital is located at the third floor of the second building complex. The department would surrounded by scenric and tranquil environment.Based on all patient-centered principles, we follow the international advanced quality service standards, and strive to achieve the best satisfaction of patients and experts for diagnosis and treatment technologies, procedures, environmental equipment and service quality.

 The goal of VIP clinic would be to provide services as to standardise the service quality for hospitals, by able to provide patients with different experiences within medical industry. The VIP Clinic consists of 32 majors specialists such as department of Medical,Department of Surgical,Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Department of Pediatrics, and Department of  Imaging and inclusive of 32 professions.  The team of specialist is strong as it consists of a total of 104 specialists who would enjoy special government allowances from the State Council,outstanding experts, provincial excellent experts, Gansu provincial health system leaders, department leaders, Longqing talents, provincial health experts, and outpatients have a certain reputation. The implementation of VIP clinics is to provide follow-up with appointments,registration, "one-stop" comprehensive services, and absolutely private one-to-one consultations. In order to shorten the waiting time for patients outside the hospital and reduce accomodation and board costs, our department has set up contact for arrangement of appointments, to make appointments via online and other services to assist patients who require follow up in advance with the specialists so that patients can be reviewed with consultation timely.
