每日透析的临床应用进展

【摘要】透析的剂量和频度的选择一直是肾脏病学者所关注的热点话题，近年来，一种更佳生理性的透析模式－每日透析即短时高效每日透析和长时低效夜间透析逐渐引起人们的兴趣。本文就每日透析透析良好的清除能力，对心血管系统、营养代谢等的影响以及目前临床应用所面临的问题进行综述。

【Abstract】 Hemodialysis dose and frequency has always been the hot topic of nephrologist, In recent years, an approximate physiological dialysis model, daily hemodialysis, short-hours high-efficiency daily hemodialysis and long-hours slow flow nocturnal hemodialysis, which gradually aroused people's interest. In this paper, the advantages of daily dialysis were reviewed on the clearance ability, efficacy on nutrient metabolism and the effects on the cardiovascular system, as well as the shortage of daily dialysis were summarized.
