医院文化建设与和谐医患关系

【摘要】医院文化是建设和谐医院的关键要素，对改善医患关系意义十分重大。医院的管理者应该把医院的文化建设融合在日常的医疗工作之中，使医院文化与医学人文精神结合起来，不断提高医务工作者的人文关怀情感，重塑医院形象，构建和谐社会。

【Abstract】Hospital culture is the essential element of building a harmonious hospital, it is very important to improve the relationship between doctors and patients. Hospital managers should integrate hospital culture construction in the daily medical work, combine the hospital culture and the medical humanitic spirit, unceasingly enhancing humanitic concern emotion of medical workers, reshaping the hospital reputation and constructing a harmonious society.
