卫生人才培养中的哲学精神

【摘要】针对我国卫生人才培养过程中出现的医学生传统人文知识缺乏、人文理念淡薄、就业与执业功利心过重等影响卫生事业良性发展的思想观念问题，本文分析了我国卫生人才培养中的价值观偏失的情况，以老子哲学为道德准则，从卫生人员的执业底线、执业理念、待人理念、发展理念和生活与工作态度五个方面择取有益于卫生人才培养的老子哲学精华，为高等医学院校的传统人文教育提供了有意义的参考。

【Abstract】In order to solve the problems that deficiency of traditional cultural knowledge of medical students, lack of humanistic concepts, severe self-interest orientation of getting and holding a job in our country’s health personnel training, this paper analyzes the deviation and shortage of values in our health personnel’s training. Taking Lao Tzu philosophy as an example, it picks up good philosophy essences of Lao Tzu philosophy from the aspects of health personnel's bottom line of practice, concept of practice, concept of treating people, concept of development and life and work attitudes, then provides a meaningful reference for the traditional humanistic education of medical universities and colleges.
