基因组学在肝损伤治疗中的应用研究进展

【摘要】肝损伤性疾病是临床亟待解决的难题，随着基因组学技术的发展成熟，各种基因工程产品被应用到肝损伤的治疗中，由于其高效、特异、可操作性强等优点，展示出了巨大的潜力，本文就目前基因组学在肝损伤治疗中的应用研究进展作一综述，为进一步的开发利用奠定基础。

【Abstract】Liver damage is a challenge in clinical medicine and with the rapid development of genomic technology, various products of genetic engineering have been used in the treatment of liver damage. Because of the high efficiency, high specificity and easy operation, it has showed great potential. We summarize the current application of genomics in liver damage treatment to lay a foundation for further utilization.
