PDCA在医院历史文化搜集工作中的应用

   【摘要】 作者应用PDCA循环理论, 用近四年的时间，组织参与了医院历史文化资料的搜集工作，用文字记录下了医院老一辈人的精神风貌。这些宝贵的资料文字将成为医院培育青年一代的最好的历史文献。在挖掘医院历史文化过程中，不断改进存在的问题，确保了本项工作的成效，为医院文化建设奠定了坚实的基础。

【Abstract】 The authors have spent nearly four years using the PDCA method （Deming Cycle）in collecting the hospital’s historical and cultural materials, and recording an oral history of motivational stories from older generations. These precious materials will be the best historical document for the cultivation of young people in the hospital. During the process of uncovering the history and culture, existing problems have been constantly improved, which guaranteed the efficiency of the task and laid the foundation for the cultural development in the hospital.
