先天性胆管囊肿的诊疗现状

【摘要】先天性胆管囊肿又称先天性胆管扩张，是先天胆管发育异常导致的外科疾病，肝内外胆道均可累及。随着认识的加深及影像学技术、手术技巧的改进，该病的治疗成功率及治疗效果都有了显著的提升，但其发病机制、临床分型、诊疗等方面仍存在较多争议，而如何防治先天性胆管囊肿癌变和再手术也是近年来研究的重点。本文对近些年关于本病的文献做一综述。

【Abstract】Congenital bile duct cysts, also known as congenital bile duct expansion, as a result of congenital bile duct dysplasia surgical disease, bile duct of liver inside and outside can be affected. With the deepening of the technology and the improvement of surgical techniques, the disease treatment success and ascension has a significant effect, but the pathogenesis, clinical classification, diagnosis and treatment etc. Has more controversial,in recent years ,how to prevention and treatment of congenital bile duct cysts canceration and reoperation is also the focus of the research. This paper will have a review for this disease.
