【摘要】细胞融合，是生物体在发展和达到动态平衡过程中产生的。而肿瘤的发展是一个多步骤的复杂过程，从肿瘤的发生及生长，到肿瘤发生转移，这些过程都与细胞融合关系密切。肿瘤的转移过程也非常复杂，原发肿瘤的生长导致肿瘤血管生成，从而提供给肿瘤细胞侵入循环的途径，肿瘤细胞在血液循环中继续生存，接着渗出血管到周围组织，然后转移到新的器官，在靶器官中生存、定居、增殖，从而实现肿瘤的转移。本文主要从肿瘤转移的过程入手，初步探究细胞融合在这个过程中所发挥的作用，从而为肿瘤治疗的研究提供新的目标。

【Abstract】Cell fusion is produced by the organisms in the process of development and a dynamic equilibrium.Tumor development is the complexity of a multi-step process,from the occurrence and growth of the tumor,to the tumor metastasis,these processes are closely related with cell fusion.Tumor metastasis process is very complex,Primary tumor growth leading to tumor angiogenesis,thus providing a way for tumor cells enter into the circulation, tumor cells continue to survive in the blood circulation,followed by extravasation into the surrounding tissue, and then transferred to the new organ to survive in the new organ and settle proliferation,in order to achieve the transfer of the tumor.In this paper,we starting from the process of tumor metastasis,initially to explore the role of cell fusion in this process,and thus provide new targets for cancer therapy research.
