【摘要】医院要想在竞争激烈的医疗市场中立于不败之地，必须培育以科技管理和创新为中心的核心竞争力，形成自身独特的竞争优势，并顺应时代的发展潮流，发挥自身优势，优化资源配置，提高科技持续创新能力。文章介绍了无锡市人民医院在建设科研管理、技术管理的创新平台方面的工作情况及取得的成效。
