【摘要】天津医科大学附属肿瘤医院是一所集科研、医疗、教学为一体的大型肿瘤专科医院，医院所属的肿瘤学科为教育部重点学科。为促进学科建设，培养高层次的医学人才，提高医院核心竞争力，该院从1996年开始设立院内科研资助，经过几年的发展，院内科研资助已发展为三种类型的资助类别：院级科研种子基金、博士启动基金、引进人才基金。

【Abstract】Tianjin Medical University Cancer Hospital is a specialty hospital combining scientific research, medical treatment, and clinical teaching,oncology in which is awarded the key discipline of Ministry of Education.To promote discipline construction,cultivate high-level medical personnel,improve the core competitiveness of the hospital,the hospital set up a hospital research funding program since 1996.After years of development,hospital research funding has been developed into three categories:hospital-level research seed funds,startup funds for Ph.D.,and funds for imported talent.
